Safety Training...old ways versus the new way
I had an interesting conversation with a fellow yesterday. He is an electrician helping me to wire a metal building that I put up as a shop near my house. He works by day in one of the local petrochemical plants. He was complaining about the three hours that he spent yesterday in one of their regular safety meetings. At this point he had no idea of my interest in safety training.
