Create Alternate Versions
Creating an alternate version of a course for a select group of your workers is simple to accomplish. There is no limit to the number of versions that you can have. Alternate versions are automatically detected by the Runtime System.

When you create a version, an alternate folder is created within the course’s folder. The new folder contains a duplicate of all variable course data and scripts.

After you have created an alternate version folder, place your new audio, video, and/or graphic files in the alternate folder. Make other modifications like adding questions, by selecting the new version from the MODIFY welcome screen.

You have total control over how Alternate Versions are deployed
Using the Language/Version options in Training Manager, the training administrator for the local training workstation can allow users to select the course version when they take a course, or specify that a particular version be offered exclusively at a particular training workstation.
