Extended Support Plan
There will be
times
Your Mastery Advantage programs are state-of-the-art and are very reliable,
easy to install, easy to use, and are warranted to be free from error. Mastery
even provides free telephone support for the first 90 days of your installation
and free unlimited support via this website 24 hours per day. However, there
will be times when you need something extra from Mastery. Stuff happens!
Masterys Extended Support Plan gives you that extra measure of support
that lets you rest assured that your programs will remain up-to-date, you
can take advantage of new technologies as they become available, you always
get the immediate assistance you need, and your CD-ROMs will remain in top
condition, no matter how much abuse they may get.
Heres the Plan
The Extended Support Plan features the following:
