The person who first becomes familiar with your training systems moves on and the new person will occasionally need some assistance. ESP helps solve this problem.

Organizations change
Today you might need a few stand alone PCs with CD-ROM drives in a few departments within your plant. Tomorrow you may need some courses running off video file servers, others over your intranet. You need to be able to move your courses freely to other hardware platforms. ESP helps solve this problem.

Our systems change
You have too many other things to keep track of—keeping up with Mastery’s latest new Runtime feature doesn’t need to be one of them. ESP helps solve this problem.

Our courses change

Your ESP Policy Explained

Your Extended Support Plan has the following provisions:
Telephone Hotline Support
After your first 90 days, continue to use our telephone hotline service for no additional charge. Service is available from 8:30am till 5:00pm central time by calling 1-800-258-3837.

Product Updates
Of course you can still download program and course updates from our website, but we will automatically send you program updates every time a major release is announced. We will not bury you in updates with minor releases. We will ship updates on a single CD containing all course and product updates to automatically update all your programs and courses with a simple one-step process.

Course Trades
Whatever the reason—you want to use a new technology that has just become available, your current course has become out-of-date, some change in your operation has rendered your current course unusable, or you just want a fresh title covering the same course content—you can trade in your older course for a new one and receive a trade-in credit up to 50%. The credit is the lesser of 50% of the cost of the new title or 50% of your original cost of the title you’re trading in.
You must have been covered under the ESP since the start of your installation or for the last twelve months to take advantage of this course trade provision.

Disc Replacements
Any currently published CD-ROM or videodisc that is lost, stolen, or damaged can be replaced at no additional charge (other than shipping and handling). If it’s lost or stolen, simply send us written notification providing us with the exact title or product code. If the CD-ROM or videodisc is damaged, return it with a note asking for a replacement. We will replace the CD-ROM or videodisc immediately.

Your Cost
ESP fees are based on the number of licensed copies or licensed workstations (in the case of network installations) for each course title and covered software product. Fees can be invoiced and paid quarterly or annually. All rates are stated on a per year basis.

Enroll for ESP during your first 90 days
To have full advantage of your ESP benefits you must enroll during the first 90 days of your installation.
If you purchased courses and didn’t enroll in the ESP within the first 90 days of your installation, you can still enroll, however you will not be able to take advantage of the course trade provision until you have been covered under ESP for twelve months.
