Mastery’s Extended Support Plan offers many benefits beyond the traditional telephone support and program maintenance. Exchanging courses for versions of the same title running on other hardware platforms is just one of those benefits.

Here’s how you’re protected
As you integrate new (or simply different) computer technologies into your training delivery strategy you don’t have to re-purchase courseware. You can exchange your Mastery Courses for other hardware versions of the same title and receive a trade-in credit up to 50%. The credit is the lesser of 50% of the cost of the new title or 50% of your original cost of the title your trading in.

Our current customers were protected when MPEG-based CD-ROM versions became available. Many of our videodisc customers were attracted to the new CD-ROM technology. Original pricing on videodisc courses ranged from $995 to $1,995. Most of our new CD-ROM based courses are only $695.
